Automation · Agents

Give the repetitive work to systems you can trust.

I build workflow automations and AI agents that take repetitive work off a business, with a human check where it matters and a record of what ran. I have built more than 50 automations for client businesses.

Where it helps

Four places the routine piles up.

Enquiries

Capture, sort and draft replies so nothing sits unanswered.

Follow-ups

Reminders and next steps that do not depend on someone remembering.

Reporting

Weekly numbers pulled together without copy and paste.

AI agents

Research and drafting tasks with a person approving the output.

Fit

When should you not hire me?

If the process itself is broken, automating it makes it break faster. I will tell you to fix the process first.

Questions

What do people ask before automating?

Which tools do you use?

Whatever fits your business and the tools you already use. I pick the simplest option that does the job reliably.

Will AI send things without my approval?

Only if you choose that. By default, anything customer-facing waits for a person.

What happens if something fails?

It stops and tells you. A silent failure is the one thing a good automation never does.

Have a problem worth solving?

Tell me what is not working. You hear back from me directly, not from a sales team. If I am not the right fit, I will say so and point you somewhere better.

Find the real reason first. Then build only what fixes it.
